Patch notes
Last updated: 29 October 2026
What changed in Presupport, newest first. Coming next: the roadmap. Found a problem? Tell us on the ProxyBrewer Discord.
29 October 2026, update 6
New
- Save to the cloud with Ctrl+Alt+S (Pro): updates the cloud project you opened, or saves a new one. Ctrl+S still saves a file. Like every shortcut, you can change it in Help → Controls.
Improved
- Bracing works per model: Recalculate bracing and Remove act on the selected models, and each model's bracing moves with it and goes when it is deleted.
29 October 2026, update 5
New
- Presupport has its own address: presupport.app. Old links keep working and bring your settings, shortcuts, sign-in and any unsaved work along.
29 October 2026, update 4
New
- Help: the ? button (or the ? key) opens a short getting-started guide and every mouse and keyboard control.
- A quick tour for first-time visitors, which you can replay from Help.
- A ? on every card explains what it is for.
- Your own keyboard shortcuts (Pro): change any shortcut in Help → Controls; they follow you to every browser you sign in on.
Improved
- Auto-support now holds big islands at the very bottom of a model too. Before, they could be left without any supports at the default lift height.
- The Blender navigation switch moved from the View card to Help → Controls.
29 October 2026, update 3
Improved
- Supports attached to another support now move along when you drag that support, and let go when you drag their own tip somewhere else.
- Two open tabs no longer overwrite each other's auto-save, and opening a file never throws away work that is waiting to be recovered.
- Supports that share one pillar get a pillar and base as thick as the heaviest of them.
- Works on a phone: tabs on their own row, the 3D view on top with the panel below, and a smaller layer slider and promo card.
29 October 2026, update 2
Improved
- Esc closes dialogs, and keys no longer change the model behind an open dialog.
- A broken or empty STL or project file shows a clear message and leaves your open work alone.
- Number fields stay within sensible limits, and text that isn't a number puts the last value back.
- New supports keep the preset you picked, even after selecting supports with another preset.
- Proxy Sages can start a subscription ahead of time, so Pro carries on without a gap if they stop being a Sage.
- Cloud project downloads keep accents and other non-English letters in their names.
- Smaller fixes: "1 layer", Clear all also clears the unsupported-point note, no Revert when nothing was repaired, and "Remove loose pieces" starts off for each new model.
29 October 2026
New
- Several models on one plate. STL files are added next to what's already there; select models by clicking, from the list, with Shift+click or by dragging a box.
- Move, rotate and scale a whole selection at once. Supports move along with their model.
- Copy and paste models with their supports (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+D), hide models, and "Arrange plate" to spread them out. A note warns when something doesn't fit your printer.
- Cloud projects (Pro): search, and a right-click menu for new folder, rename, move, download and delete.
- A Discord button in the top bar, and this page and the roadmap linked from About.
Improved
- G and R show the matching move arrows or rotate rings, with only the locked axis when you press X, Y or Z.
- Supports can be placed right next to each other. A plain click on a support's shaft attaches a new support to it.
- Unsupported-point markers are calmer and disappear once a support covers the spot.
- The layer view shows a white cut surface on supports, bracing and the raft too.
- "Recalculate bracing" is now a clear blue button.
28 October 2026
New
- Accounts: sign in with email or Discord.
- Presupport Pro ($5/month): settings sync across browsers and cloud projects. Proxy Sages get Pro included through Discord.
- Cloud projects (Pro): keep .brew projects online in folders, rename them in place, and open them in any browser.
- The top bar shows the open project's name and whether it has unsaved changes.
- Delete removes the selected model when no supports are selected.
- Privacy policy and terms of service.
Improved
- Larger text, more room in the side panel and clearer card titles.
- Bracing on pillars that were removed is cleaned up.
- Lowering the lift no longer leaves supports unbuilt.
- Repairs, raft and printer changes now count as unsaved changes.
- Safer cloud uploads: a file only replaces your project once it has arrived complete.
Before 28 October 2026: first beta
- Load STL files, orient them with the gizmo or Blender-style G and R, and set the lift.
- Check mesh and Fix mesh (holes, flipped faces, loose pieces).
- Manual supports with presets and editable sizes, smart and simple auto-supports, supports on supports, mini supports.
- Bracing, rafts (solid slab or lines), layer view, red warnings for supports that go through the model.
- .brew project files, auto-save with crash recovery, undo and redo, and STL export with everything included.
